Shannon, Office Manager
Shannon has been in the dental field since graduating from the PCC dental assisting program in 1995. She was a chairside assistant until joining our practice in the front office in 2003. Shannon is always happy to assist you with scheduling convenient appointments or to help you with any questions you may have about your dental care and insurance benefits.
Shannon and her family like to spend time camping, fishing and watching OSU football games. (Go Beavs!) Her son, Tate will be an 8th grader this year at Neil Armstrong and her daughter, Hayley is going into 7th grade. Both kids are involved in many sports and activities and that really keeps them on their toes.
Linda, Scheduling Coordinator
Linda has had 26 years of experience in the dental field. She was Dr. Burbano's chairside assistant for 5 years prior to moving to the front office in January. Linda's experience in the dental field makes it easy for her to answer any questions you may have about your dental treatment and scheduling.
Linda enjoys traveling and her hobby of stained glass artwork. She has been keeping busy with a lot of home improvement projects and landscaping her yard. Linda is also a Seattle Mariners fan and tries to make it to a couple of home games each year.
DaiLene, RDH
DaiLene graduated from Marquett University with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2003. She is originally from Condon, OR and moved her with her husband after college. Our patients appreciate her gentle nature and always get her undivided attention to their needs at each visit. We feel privileged to have had her join our dental team in April 2004.
DaiLene and her husband are the proud parents of son, Max and new baby Jake, born on May 15th, 2009. DaiLene is home on maternity leave with her boys and will be back to cleaning teeth in October.

Carla Mito, RDH
Carla has worked for Dr. Eric Burbano as a hygienist for the past 12 years. Carla has been working on our side every Tuesday and Thursday for over a year now. Patients love the gentle and thorough dental cleanings that she provides.
Carla and her family like to spend their free time in the summer waterskiing and having family get togethers. Her daughter is a 3rd grade teacher in Hillsboro and her son just graduated from OSU this year. Carla's son is getting married in July so they are very busy planning the wedding. ( Once again... Go Beavs!)

Marci, EFDA Dental Assistant
Marci has been a dental assistant for almost 5 years and joined us here at Pacific Avenue Dental in August of 2007 after moving to Oregon from the Seattle, WA area. She attends many continuing education courses and keeps up with the latest dental techniques and information.
Marci is originally from Utah and loves Oregon for all the outdoor activities she enjoys doing, like fly fishing, camping and hiking. Marci is enjoying new motherhood to baby Cydney and she is also busy planning her wedding for this August.

Brittany, EFDA Dental Assistant
Brittany is a recent graduate of the dental assisting program at Concorde University and has made a wonderful completion to our dental team. We are so pleased to have her here as a chairside assistant.
Brittany is always on the go and stays busy in her free time with camping, 4-wheeling, wakeboarding or just about any activity you can think of. Brittany has some fun summer trips planned including a big trip to Florida and a trip to Vegas for her 21st birthday in September.
